As an inspiring and successful leader, you must display much more than professional competence. There is also no ‘one size fits all’. You need to become aware of your own personal strengths, develop them and use them in an appropriate and targeted way to express executive presence.

Rethink – partly automated – ways of acting and your communication.
As a leader, you need to reflect and pause again and again to be able to move forward in a goal-oriented way and thus be influential and successful.

Your employees, when they feel individually seen, recognized and guided, can contribute and further develop their strengths and feel appreciated. The recognition of who they really are as a person, the sense of belonging in the team and the identification with the company will grow. This will result in intrinsic motivation, which is much more sustainable and powerful than any salary increase or benefit.
In a secure environment where everyone is encouraged and challenged, agile working is more ‘built-in’ than a mere possibility and your employees will share your vision.
